Registration Instructions

  1. Log in using your username and password.
    New users should create a new account.
  2. Fill-out the request form for registration.
  3. Print the form and submit personally or fax it to the Registrar's Office.
    This is a one-time request, once approved you can enroll online every enrolment period.
  4. Wait for the Registrar’s Office to validate and approve your request. Once approved, Student Profile and Registration Form interface will appear in the student registration.
  5. Click the Student Profile interface to update your personal records, if necessary.
  6. Click the Registration Form interface to start the registration.
    • Student should have undergone prior advising by the Department Chairperson before he/she can register online.
      1. Select the subject and schedule offered in the advised subject section of registration screen.
      2. Then, click the arrow button to transfer it to the enlistment section of subjects and schedules in registration screen.
  7. Click the Schedule button to view the selected subjects and their schedules.
  8. Select the desired mode of payment on the registration screen.
  9. Click the Assessment button to view the payment details.
  10. Click the Register button if you agree with the posted information on the registration screen.
  11. Print the registration and assessment form.
  12. Close the registration screen and check the Student Ledger interface.
  13. Pay the assessed fees of the student via the following payment options:
